These were taken just before the new year in the city with the shadows of the afternoon light. I hadn't been into town for over a week and it felt SO good.

Oh, Melbourne.

I've been spending so much time this side of town. The view from behind Hamer Hall is so gorgeous, I go and have a peek now everytime I'm at the gallery. I find the gardens and galleries my happy place now, it's new to me, I never before just went down to escape, but lately I find myself doing it a lot. And it always inspires me.

Spent last Sunday indulging with high tea at the Windsor, an activity I wish I could partake every week!

Electrically blue.

Brunching today with my friend Mel, I always have so much fun with her and although she is one of my friends who has known me for the least amount of time, I feel she knows me better than most. I always say... She just gets me.

Wearing a mish mash of pieces today as the weather has been so unreliable. Also, I've put myself on a one month shopping ban. So everything you've seen the last few weeks is recycled.

Ever since the zip on my black bandage skirt died I have been on the look out for my next staple black mini. Came accross this one in General Pants yesterday and fell in love instantly!

I love the Roman Gladiator look it has to it but also sweet and girlie at the same time.

I bought myself these jeans in Brisbane.

I never wear jeans, they never fit me or look good. But this pair defeated the odds!
