Knots and Knits.

A few weeks ago my friend Melissa came around for afternoon tea carrying THIS bag. I fell in love, I've never really seen anything like it. I always have outfit envy with my friends and if I see something I like of theirs I always try it on. I saw the bag and was admiring it when Meli said I could wear it, I was estatic. Anyway, I found myself dancing in it (something I do whenever I love something) a sure sign that I needed my own, so as soon as I make the decision if I want the Rollin' Man shoulder bag, Through The Haze clutch or Ebb & Flow slouch bag I will be placing an order.

It's by Australian label Knots & Knits and all the bags are handmade using rope custom made in Australia. You can shop HERE!

Heart healer.

'Green Aventurine is a comforter and heart healer. It neutralises all sources of electromagnetic pollution, blocking out emanations from computers, television and other electronic equipment. Green Aventurine settles nausea and dissolves negative emotions and thoughts. It brings well-being and emotional calm. A good all-round healer.'

I am a strong believer in fate. I was super emotional on Friday and then nauseas on Saturday. It's no surprise to me now that these earrings came into my life and I had an amazing, relaxed day on Sunday.

Spent the day styling a jewellery based editorial with Steph. Beyond excited to see the end result and share it with you.

Wildling.

Something about the other side of the wall just gets me, maybe it's the suspense of it being calm, yet feeling scared of what may come. I've been watching a lot of Game of Thrones, like staying up way past my bedtime just to get another episode in. I am so excited for this season and I am so excited that my vest resembles something worn by a wildling. The colours, the icy feel, the gold. I just love this outfit! Summer meets winter, dressy meets effortless.

Samantha Wills at Boxt jewellery.

Almost a year ago I reviewed Boxt Jewellery for Samantha Wills and by doing this I met Lorna and we hit it off right away. She is such a sweet lady and I now always pay Boxt a visit when I want to buy a Samantha Wills piece and I usually stay in there for so long chatting about jewellery, shopping and travel. They have a huge range and if they don't have it in stock, Lorna will do her best to somehow get it to you. She is amazing and I'm very grateful to have met her.

In saying this, Lorna and team Boxt along with team SW put on an amazing night for Samantha's visit to meet and greet fellow SW lovers and expected no less! There was a statue street artist, cupcakes, champagne and a whimsical garden party theme with Samantha Wills jewels among moss and blooms, along with the infamous couture pieces.

Thank you to some of my followers who said hello! It was lovely to meet you.

Blue blooms.

This beautiful party dress arrived from Keepsake and I fell in love! The colour, the cut, the 3D roses that make you want to dance when you walk and even though it makes a lot of statements, it is so versatile.
Huge thank you to Keepsake for adding this treasure into my wardrobe.

Bowerbird.

I had the pleasure of attending Samantha Wills The Bowerbird Collective launch at fortyfivedownstairs. The venue was light and bright white with a raw, natural feel. We got to snack on savoury beetroot and goat cheese macarons and mingle with a room full of people that all love and are passionate about jewellery.

Turqouise, mustard, black, white and mixed metals. I fell in love with so many pieces and was lusting over the numerous bib like statement necklaces and fresh bohemian bardot colours! There are a lot of new stones and colours, like jade and jungle. Everything is just to die!!

The collection is made to layer and I am so inspred to build up my collection to flit around Europe in.

Samantha, who I have utmost respect for as a designer is such a warm person and openly invites you into her world, whether it be at events like this or social media. When you buy a piece you know it's been thought of and designed with love and the passion flows from the piece to you.

Shop the collection online www.samanthawills.com or if  you're in Melbourne, BOXT jewellery inside Collins Place.
