Sailor Jerry at Harvest Festival, Part II.

Photos from this day still warm my heart when I look at them. I can honestly say this event was life changing for me, for many reasons. You can see more photos from the day HERE! And also on Meli's blog HERE!

Meli and I have been working a lot together recently and spending a lot of quality time together, we met ages ago, but now we've become really great friends and I suffer withdrawls if I don't see her. We get each other and we get each others creativeness. It's nice. We make a good team.

Speckled.

As soon as I tried this Manning Cartell dress on I felt like it was made for me.

I had so much fun styling this look for my amazing friends Jasmin and Cael's wedding and my manicure at Miss Fox really complimented everything.

It's my sisters wedding in a week, so I get to do this all again. I've another amazing Manning Cartell number that I can't wait to share.

That girl is on fire.

Whilst in Byron, Mel took me to Bangalow for lunch. En route we passed this beautiful red tree, which I later found out was a Fire Tree.

Bachelorette.

"A bachelorette's party is simply a party, given in honour of the bride to be, in the style that is common to that social circle."

Jasmin and I started talking about her hens party almost immediately after the venue was chosen! A few months down the track I stopped involving her and knew in my mind exactly what I wanted to do for her and I wanted it all to be a surprise.

Jasmin is a beautiful soul. A loving friend who is always there for me when needed, a very hardworking and inspiring mother of two and a genuine human being who deserved to be spoiled and shown how much not only I, but all her friends love her.

When I read the above quote I laughed because the afternoon tea I put on for her is definately our style. Sweet and pretty treats, I went with a pink and red theme as it's super feminine and fun!

Later on in the eve we sat on Madame Brussels rooftop indulging in Martini's and then danced like crazy at the Carlton Club. It was honestly the best day and night! Jasmin was beaming, that's all I could ask for, seeing her so ridiculously happy!

Wearing Vintage bodysuit, K-mart skirt, Samantha Wills and Gazelle rings. (Mine and Jasmin's manicures by Miss Fox!)

If you're planning a party and like the look of my pink and red afternoon tea, here are some tips:

Pina Colada and Raspberry Beret cupcakes from Sticky Fingers Bakery! I highly reccomend this company. Exceptional customer service, prompt, great pricing, everyone raved about the cupcakes and they deliver!

Raspberry, Strawberry & Vanilla and Cherry Blossom & Sake macarons from La Belle Miette! These were an absolute hit, as always. They are my favourite macarons in Melbourne and you can pre order what flavours you like so that they're ready for you when you need them.

All glassware and doilies are vintage, from my local op shop. (Jars/vases collected by myself and Jasmin!)

All candy and oreos from my local supermarket.

Black Forest Cake from Brunetti's.

All plastic plates and napkins from The Reject Shop! (Great colour selection.)

Mixed roses from my garden, carnations from the florist and succulents from Jasmin's house.

Pimms, cucumber, lime, strawberry, bitters and ginger ale.

All other food made by family and friends! (Huge thank you to you all!)
