Hopelessly Devoted to You.

I don't quite know how this shoot came together, Stephanie and I both wanted to do something different to what we had been doing and I had just came across Lana Del Rey - Born to Die thanks to a handsome friend. I was in this almost dream state, feeling whimsical and romantic, listening to Radio at least five times a day! Another night, with the same handsome friend, I wore a beautiful dress with a train made by my friend Joanne so I got her to custom make one for this shoot, using Italian Tulle as I'd fallen in love with the fairy like feel of trains and tulle.

What I love most about Hopelessly Devoted to You is everything (except one white lace American Apparel bralette and a Topshop hat) is handmade and designed right here in Melbourne and since I've been styling shoots, I've loved getting to know all the amazingly talented people here and they have been so generous with lending me product to work with.

I hope you love this set as much as I do.

Behind the scenes of another Stephanie Cammarano/Megan Desmond collaboration.

I've always wanted to do a whimsical shoot using lingerie that was a little bit different and screamed romantic, but with edge, Steph was on the same page! I hope that you can also feel the mood by looking at these photos, our model, Georgina (Giant Management) was absolutley stunning and suited the look to a tee.

I knew I had to have a train after wearing this amazing dress, so I had this one off Altham piece custom made by my friend Joanne (Also used some other Altham pieces in the shoot).

I'd like to point out that other than an Amercan Apparel bralette and a Topshop hat, everything I used in the shoot was handmade in Melbourne - which I think is just amazing!

Big thanks again to Stephanie and also to Hopeless Lingerie, Joanne Altham, Lani Williams, Sarah Baxter and Giant.

Pop of orange.

I've always dreamed of having this ring on my fingers! It's a personal favourite of Samantha Wills and now one of mine. It's size and simplicity make it a very versatile statement ring and can add that little bit of glam to any outift.

Wearing Alida Buffalo kimono, Cheap Monday jeans, Samantha Wills Safari Nights ring, Windfall Deer Death ring, Jeffrey Campbell Back Off boots, Sportsgirl bag (old) and all other rings are from Greece.

Beauty note: Revlon nail colour Tropicana.
